Oxfam has worked with the most vulnerable communities in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT) for more than 60 years and has witnessed the daily impact that settlement expansion and creeping annexation have had on Palestinian communities in the Jordan Valley and across Area C. Oxfam recognizes the need for a just and lasting solution to the Palestinian–Israeli conflict. We believe that real progress towards justice and the elimination of poverty in the OPT and Israel can only be achieved through an end to the occupation and a just and peaceful solution to the conflict.
